The course is split into 12 bite-sized lessons. Each lesson includes a video ranging from 5-28 minutes long.
There's also a checklist and planner included that you can print out.

No! There are lots of ways to create reels without dancing, lip-syncing or pointing. You don't even have to show your face although we do encourage you to, and help you get confident with this!

All you need is your smartphone. You might find a tripod or ring light handy but we share some recommendations inside the course and they're not essential.
