Access to the Purple Dog site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). Purple Dog may not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Purple Dog are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Purple Dog status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our site must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us. If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
Purple Dog aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:
1)All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
2) Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:
- loss of income or revenue;
- loss of business;
- loss of profits or contracts;
- loss of anticipated savings;

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately. Purple Dog will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from or related to, a visit to our site. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
Purple Dog may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
This website may include “affiliate links,” wherein we receive a small commission if you make a purchase using the link. However, all opinions are our own and we only endorse or link to products and services that we genuinely recommend. You will not pay more if you use our affiliate links.
Terms and Conditions of Service Agreement
By accepting an estimate from Purple Dog, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.
Definitions:
The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of Purple Dog.
Purple Dog: Primary designer/site owner & employees or affiliates.
General:
Purple Dog will carry out work only where an agreement is provided either by email, telephone, or mail. Purple Dog will carry out work only for clients who are 18 years of age or above. An ‘order’ is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between Purple Dog and the client, this includes telephone and email agreements.
Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, Purple Dog cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it.
The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Purple Dog until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.
Any scripts, cgi applications, php scripts, or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Purple Dog remain the copyright of Purple Dog and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Purple Dog.
Purple Dog cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.
Any additions to the brief will be carried out at the discretion of Purple Dog and where no charge is made by Purple Dog for such additions, Purple Dog accept no responsibility to ensure such additions are error free and reserve the right to charge an additional amount for any correction to these or further additions.
The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to Purple Dog all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.
Purple Dog will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.
Purple Dog will not be liable or become involved in any disputes between the site owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of a site owner.
Purple Dog will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.
Purple Dog will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents.
Unless stated otherwise in your contract a deposit of 50% is required with any project before any design work will be carried out.
If a period of greater than 6 months passes after a request for content has been made, then we reserve the right to raise an interim or full invoice if all the other aspects of the website have been completed in accordance with instructions.
Once a website has been designed and completed the final balance of payment is then due in accordance with our payment terms. There are no exceptions to this, i.e If the client decides they no longer want the site, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Non-payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary.
Purple Dog cannot take responsibility for any losses incurred by the use of any software created for the client. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure products are problem free and accurate, the ultimate responsibility lies with the client in ensuring that all software is functioning correctly before use.
Any scripts, cgi applications or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Purple Dog remain the copyright of Purple Dog and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Purple Dog.
Where applications or sites are developed on servers not recommended by Purple Dog, the client is expected to provide or seek any information, additional software, support or co-operation pertaining to the server required in order for the application to be correctly developed. Where large applications are to be developed, it is the client's responsibility to provide a suitable testing environment which is identical to the final production environment.
The client is expected to test fully any application or programming relating to a site developed by Purple Dog before being made generally available for use. Where “bugs”, errors or other issues are found after the site is live, Purple Dog will endeavour (but is not obliged to) to correct these issues to meet the standards of function outlined in the brief.
Purple Dog will endeavour to ensure that any developed/designed site or application will function correctly on the server it is initially installed in and that it will function correctly when viewed with the current main web browsing software clients to an acceptable level. Purple Dog can offer no guarantees of correct function with all browser software.1)All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
2) Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:
- loss of income or revenue;

- loss of profits or contracts;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of data;
- loss of goodwill;
- wasted management or office time; and

Purple Dog may offer the client domain name purchase and renewal services for one or more domain names related to the client’s website. The contract for the registration is between the client and the Naming Authority. We generally prefer to use Go Daddy as our domain name registering service. The client is bound by the terms and conditions of the Naming Authority.
Purple Dog cannot guarantee that they will be able to register any requested domain name and, until specific confirmation of registration has been given, the client cannot assume the registration has been affected.
The current fees for domain name purchases will be stated to the client the time of purchase. These do vary depending on the popularity of such a domain name.
The client retains ownership of the domain names. Purple Dog shall not withhold from assisting the client in transferring their domain name providing that any fees due to Purple Dog for any services provided by Purple Dog to the client have been paid in full.
Whilst Purple Dog hosts websites, with a guaranteed a 99.9% up time in the availability or interruption of this service. Purple Dog cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of this service, or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential or special loss.
Purple Dog reserve the right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or in any way controversial, and also to terminate the free hosting service should the necessity arise.
The Web Hosting service does not include WordPress application and plug-in support.
If the client is not on a support package the client is responsible for the maintenance of their WordPress application software and plug-ins and to apply security patches regularly. Where a Customer has not applied security patches so that, in the opinion of Intergage, their website may be insecure, Purple Dog reserves the right to disable the website until the Customer has agreed to rectify such issues.
Where the clients' website exceeds hosting reasonable usage, Purple may offer to provide the client with a higher capacity service at an agreed increased fee. In circumstances where the server load is much higher than expected, Purple Dog may either (a) offer the Customer a bespoke Web Hosting solution at an agreed increased fee or (b) if an agreed solution is not found the Web Hosting service may be terminated at no cost to either party.
Unless your contract with us states otherwise a minimum 50% deposit is required from any new client before any work is carried out. This is non-returnable. It is the Purple Dog policy that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by Purple Dog or its affiliates are required to be paid in full, no later than 7 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with Purple Dog. Charges will be added after 14 days for late payment.
Once a deposit is paid and work completed you are obliged to pay the balance of payment in full. We will contact clients via email and telephone to remind them of such payments if they are not received when due.
If accounts are not settled or Purple Dog have not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website or account may be denied and web pages removed, we will then pass such cases to the Small Claims Court to pursue payment, non-payment can result in county court judgements (CCJ’s) being added to the clients credit rating.
Following consistent non-payment of an invoice, our Solicitors will contact the client in question, with a view to taking the matter further and if need be to seek payment through legal procedures, and if necessary court summons.
Informal procedure
Anyone who experiences a problem with their web service provided by Purple Dog should raise the matter directly using our online contact form to do so, giving sufficient information to locate the material (such as an url) and clearly outlining the grounds for complaint.
Purple Dog will approach the individual responsible for the material in question with a view to resolving the matter to the satisfaction of the complainant.
Formal Complaints Procedure
The formal complaints procedure should only be used where the complainant feels that the nature of the complaint is too serious to be dealt with informally, or where a satisfactory conclusion has not been reached after following the informal procedure.
A formal complaint should be made in writing to Purple Dog, who will acknowledge receipt and ensure that the matter is looked into as soon as possible.
An initial response to any complaint can be expected within seven days of its receipt; a full and considered response to the complaint should be completed within 30 days and any subsequent remedy implemented with the minimum of delay.

Due to the digital nature of this product, we don't offer refunds at this time. So all sales are final.
The Reels Ready product offers a self-guided, online course that assists businesses to create Instagram Reels.
Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are listed in GBP.
When you purchase the Reels Ready product you will be granted access to the course through our website. You will have your own login and password to access. You will receive a username and password through the Site’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are responsible for all activities (whether by you or by others) that occur under your password or account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information.
When you purchase the Course, Reels Ready grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use the specific Course and any related software, content, equipment or other materials for your specific, non-commercial use only (the ‘Licence’).
The Licence is valid for 6 months (‘Licence Term’). This means the Course will be viewable via your login for 6 months. After this time the Course will expire and you will no longer be able to access the Course.
The Course is intended for use in a single household within the licence Term only. Sharing of your Licence is prohibited. This includes the sharing of any supplemental Course materials, booklets, and access to any other aspect of the Course.
Purple Dog makes no warranty that the course will meet Your requirements or that all customers will achieve the same results.
You are solely responsible for creating and implementing Your own business, marketing, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the course. Purple Dog is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, including effects on Your business, personal life or career, or for any direct or indirect result of any Services provided by the Reels Ready Course
Intellectual Property Rights: You agree that any works, items, materials or information of whatever nature produced or developed by Purple Dog or under Purple Dog direction pursuant to or in the Course of providing the Services will remain the sole and complete property of Purple Dog, whether such property is tangible or is in the nature of industrial and Intellectual Property Rights (including copyright and rights of Confidential Information).
You agree that any testimonials that may be provided by you from time to time may be used by Purple Dog for marketing purposes..
